[GAMEPLAY] Pyke, Xerath Q bug

I have not been playing with those champions for a while now, because every time I use their Q spell it automatically stops charging and just releases without my will. Everything works fine if I manually click on the spell from the menu (where the items are shown + recall etc)

oh and btw, Irelia's W has the same bug

Pyke, Xerath, Irelia, and don't forget Vi. This has been a bug for a while and they're looking into it.
