Error opening the game/client "LeageClient.exe-bad image"

"C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\yaml.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0XC000012f."

Got this error last Saturday, tried everything I could, uninstall/reinstall. hextech tool you name it. Every time I reinstall league and run the "launch" the client, after the downloading of the new client data, the above message appears. Please help. Thank you!
