Still can't enter spectator mode.

i have this issue all i get is a black screen that locks my computer up. anything that can help fix this? it only happens when im on this internet, i went to a friends and asked if he had this problem, but when i went to show him, the spectator worked, but then i got back home and tried it and its giving me a black screen -_- again.....

Thank you for letting us know that you are one of the players that cannot spectate games at the moment.. We are aware that some players are unable to connect to the spectate servers and are working hard to get it fixed. Unfortunately, I cannot provide any estimate for the completion date at this time. To avoid confusing or disappointing players, we try to only announce these dates when we are sure we can meet the arrival schedule.

I appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this issue, and thank you again for taking time out of your day to send us this report. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Also, I'm unable to use software that allows me to watch replays of my matches like LoLReplay.

It is really important to be able to do both these things so I can get better--correct my mistakes and learn from better players.

uninstalled media espresso, spectate issues instantly resolved for me

So Riot... I'm curious how hard you are ACTUALLY working at resolving this issue?
