The bug is that you can gift people rune pages even though the new update made it so masteries and runes are 100% free. I hope you fix this fast as i t is annyoing me every time i gift something to a friend, and trust me i gift to a friend often. I believe there are more bugs with the gifting aswell as the thing i just submitted please check it and fix it. Rapidfab!

Runes and masteries may be free, but rune pages aren't. That isn't a bug. Having to buy rune pages if you want more presets is still a thing.
