[GAMEPLAY] Wukong Floppy Fish Bug

I've been encountering this bug for a few months, just today decided to clip it out of my stream. Bug is just as the title says, Wukong has himself a little floppy bit of no control for 2-3 seconds, which makes me freak out since I couldn't back out of it if someone were to jump me right at that moment. :[ It's like a random free stun on me.

Steps to produce it seem to be:

1. Crushing Blow
2. Switch to a different target as the attack starts
3. Decoy before it lands
4. flopflopflopflop

Not 100% if that's how it's done, but it happens to me every once in a while and I figured I should report it, video included.
