Client

When I am in champion select I the client stops responding, the timer on other people or myself hits zero nothing happens. I sit there until in chat it say everyone but me has left the chat, but some times it fixes its self and does this really fast, fast forward. It could just be my internet but I have heard other people having this issue so I thought i'd let you know. It happens 9/10 times when I enter champ select, so it's killing my LP. As you can see in the picture below everyone has left the chat and champ select but I'm still stuck in that same spot for another 5min or so until it finally says I didn't lock in a champion, which you can see in the bottom link.
