I don't deserve to get the leavebuster punishment

I was playing a game and my internet disconnected. Eventually I got it back up and running and played out the rest of the game. At the end it said that I was placed in a "low priority queue" due to the fact that i was AFK/disconnected early. I hardly see how this deserves to punished because the game wouldn't let me reconnect. I've had this leavebuster thing happen to me two other times due to circumstances I couldn't avoid. It was either my job or this game and quite frankly I'm not that good at League yet, so naturally I chose my job. So if I want to play a game now, I have to wait TWENTY MINUTES before it even queues me up. I don't have that kind of time to sit around and wait to be put in a game so this is kind of ridiculous. Is there any way that this issue can be resolved so I can get the leavebuster taken away, or do I just have to suck it up and deal with the hours worth of waiting time? If it's the latter, I'm going to have to say goodbye to League of Legends.

And you think your team mates deserves to play 4v5 ? I am sure that's not what they intended to do when they teamed up with you.

If you dont know if you can play a whole game, you said your job was a reason, dont start a game. The stability of your connection is your job, not riots. Every leaving gets threated the same way as it looks the same for the game. It cant tell if you disconnected or just pulled the plug. The leaverbuster wont be taken away.

I hardly think it's my fault that I randomly get called on my off days to go work, a situation I have no control over and the internet in my area going down. So tell me again how you think this is at all my fault.
