Riot's Gift Report

To this day i do not understand the ways of the report to league of legends. I am working my best to get riot to notice how i sent two reports where a friend had gifted me something and the gifts never really arrived and or where registered! At the moment i still wait to be noticed due to the fact that them wasting money on something like Gun Goddess Miss Fortune as a gift is allot, same as the old Neeko report how they had once bought me Neeko when she was out and had to pay it twice because the first time the same thing happened here.

How can i get them to help?
