Game crashed during ranked

While trying to load into a ranked game, the game crashed and I was unable to load in for 15 minutes. Eventually I loaded back in and saw that it happened not just to me, but to 5 others in that game as well. It says the issue is known on the homepage, but that caused a very unbalanced loss during one of my preliminaries and I would be grateful if that loss could be removed.
