Champ select cuts off

So i just got denied to start a queue for 15 minutes because i "failed to select a champion" when i had 5 seconds left. The champ select cut off and has done this many times before i just never got banned for 15 minutes. I am ok waiting the 15 minutes i would just get very aggravated if it happened again. I wasn't able to call any role because i didn't join the game till 15 seconds before champ select ended and i couldn't find out where i was going. Please stop this from happening
