Malzahar pass. sticks through death

This has been a sticking isue with me and has been quite annoying. So here is the isue when you die with max. stack or die casting a spell for max stacks on for your pass. (not completly sure which). The visual effects of it will stay through death. this is very annoying if your want to take a monstercamp or buff. along with the small decrese in damage output on ult.

Can you plaese fix it. (especially since I remember other issues with spells/pass. like this)
