Net Drop by Enemy Team?

I think I may have been net dropped by someone on the enemy team from my last game xin ranked game. I have good internet and then all of the sudden it just dropped off for 5 minutes and came back up. I have also noticed at higher elo this is becoming a bit more common every 1 out of 10 of my games. Can I get someone to look into this for me?
