Kai'Sa upgrade bug [GAMEPLAY]

Hello there !

I just wanted to report a bug which occured to me in game with Kai'sa's upgrade. The bug is pretty simple, when you have enough stats to upgrade two abilities with Kai'sa (this happened to me with Q and E, I didn't try with W) if you click on both upgrading icons in very quick succession the second ability won't upgrade and the icon will disappear preventing you from upgrading your second ability unless you sell your items to devolve said ability. I tried to reproduce the bug and managed to do it consistently in the pratice tool, you just need to press on both icons as fast as possible, also I play with 250 ping, but I don't know if its relevant.
