Bug in support section, need help (e-mail related)
(for some reason i cannot post this thread when I put a link in the link option tab thing above here, so heres the link: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new )
So when u choose the option 'i would like help with account management or changes' it says you need to be logged in, but I am logged in. Then, when I press the red Login button, which is supposed to resolve the problem of not being logged in, nothing happens.
When i created this account, I filled in an email I do not use now. I dont know the password of this email anymore so i cant change my account settings because i need to verify it on this email. I need to change my email, but I cant because Riot asks me (when i change my mail) to verify it on that mail of which i dont know the password.
I also cannot recover it by Microsoft because they ask me too much things for verification, things I dont know. This was a long time ago.
Summary:_ I need to change my account main mail adress, but I have blocked myself from being able to do this by forgetting the password of my currently set mail._
