Leblanc Bug

Recently i noticed a Leblanc bug where W (Distortion) or R (Distortion) don't do anything, but go on cooldown anyway (more specifically: she immediately teleports back to her mark before arriving and dealing damage). Noticed this 6-7 times since 2.21. This has caused some annoyance and might be worth looking into.
