Challenging smite bug

So I ran into this bug while playing jg earlier today and accidentally posted the bug in the wrong forum so I am reporting it again. I will smite a champion that has a stealth ability with challenging smite and I wont gain true vision of them from the smite. Here is a video of the bug that I made with some friends. I dont know how many champions this works on or if this only works when building challenging smite on ekko. However I find this to be a rather big bug and thought I would let you know as soon as possible.

So I went ahead and tested this some more with a friend some more and here are the videos of the bug occurring with more champions. Also props to Netalix for helping me test this bug. Like I said before when I first encountered this bug I was playing jg however I forgot to mention that I was having the issue against a Vayne .
