Possible bug, Maybe a connection issue.

So I went into a duoQ ranked game with a buddy of mine, with the irrational hope of reaching GOLD by the end of the season (Note: Silver 4/5 is our ranks) And i was last pick. Understandably so all of the solo lanes were taken so I was stuck with ADC (my worst role). Upset but not willing to lose LP over a dodge I quickly picked twitch to play, but it failed to pick him. The champions were darkened as if it wasnt my turn to pick and the last person on the other team (a nami) showed that she was still picking even though my counter was going down. As if I didnt pick a champion I lost 3 LP for a dodge and was put on a 5 minute probation.

Has this happened to anyone else?
