[Gameplay] Teemo attack speed buff delayed.

It seems with the new patch to teemo, that whenever he comes out of stealth there is a delay before his attack speed bonus kicks in. I can't say for sure if this is giving him a reduced attack speed buff, or if it just is delaying the action in line with the tooltip icon.

This occurred every time i tried it on summoner's rift, playing against coms. Easiest to noticed on towers.
