Tutorial Capsule unable to get

New player, and the client said you get a capsule for doing all of the tutorial quests. In the photo you can see I've done all the quests, and that the capsule has a checkmark, but i can't access it. It hasn't shown up in my loot section, and in this photo, https://imgur.com/IruMnQh , you can see that the text says "Start Now" and that i can get the capsule once i beat all the quests. I just want whatever has been promised to me.
