Lux - Lucent Singularity (animation mia)

Well I was playing Volibear support with an Ezreal , facing a Lux . Almost EVERY single E that Lux threw at us was not showing up! the animation wasn't showing up and we were getting really mad cause you can't dodge a spell you can't see. We thought at first she was spamming E so they would detonate before we saw them but then realized even when she left them lying there we still couldn't see them. My whole team thought their Lux was hacking due to the fact none of my teammates could see it. The other team however said they all saw it but they could just be lying because they were winning. too many trolls to take serious. But look into Lux's E Lucent Singularity, see if the animation is constantly coming up or not.

(PS! I Did see a couple show up, but not many at all during that round.. more missing than appearing) oh and i wasn't lagging - had 80 Ping, 60 FPS
