Graves attacks air if he gets 2x Rapid Fire Cannons... He doesn't move and stays in his grid until an enemy enters his attack range, only in that scenario will he attack the enemy.

That's hilarious.

But RFC doesn't work on Graves to begin with. There's no way they could make it work and still be fair. Yeah Graves is pretty bad as-is, but if he could hit everyone in the game from the back corner, he'd be way too strong.
