Help me figure out this Client Bug?

So... to start off, it is probably something that I did instead of league. My Client is doing this. File text is showing up at the bottom. Also, my client is physically twitching (not steaming, physically moving) Also, my client is randomly closing. I have tried reinstalling many times, doing virus scans of all kind. I have not had any luck figuring this out. any help? Suggestions? I'm just looking for help. This is hurting my account because it keeps wanting to close in champ select.

I have the flickering issue and have yet to figure this out. Hope u get help before me cause it can help the both of us. Im a steady played and i do put money into the game. So you know it just be nice to be recognized.
