Client Champion Select Bug
I was in Champs Select in Ranked Solo/Duo and it wouldnt let me lock a champion.. and counted as loss for my promo

That happened to me also. Enemy Shen was first pick, me and my team member couldn't lock in. We were able to chat, and he agreed it is a bug. We didn't see the timer, it was just stuck on Shen's 0 until our time for selection was gone.
And it happened to my friend the other day too. You get that 5min leaver timer also.
