Jarvan 4 attack bug

When using Jarvan 4 and standing too close to any enemy; minions, neutral monsters, enemy champions. Jarvan 4 will random fake attack... the visual action will go half way, the sound action will go half way, but it will stop and go back... ive had it happen to me for up to 5 seconds in a row. so far its happened on every map and every game mode... its usually a subtle 1x random thing, but ive been in instances where he swings 4x, no damage, no misses... and he just sits there swinging... ive also had this happen 4-5 times in a minute.. i dont know how to add files or what im looking for in the game files to attach, ill try and get a video of it and send it in if i can get a reply and a place to actually send it.
