Cannot View or Edit Rune Pages, cannot select Rune Pages in Champ Select

Furthermore, after attempting to view my Rune Pages to no avail, backing out breaks the client and few assets load properly, like the store or the game queue menu. Started happening this afternoon, has anyone else experienced this? Any known fixes?
