[Gameplay] -1 Ap on Morde
I was playing a custom game trying out builds on the new Morde when i noticed something that might be a visual bug.

FrostyFireball1 votesits not a visual bug. i encountered it too playing full ad morde. by the end of the game i had -3 ap. idk if it was a weird scaling issue or if it had something to do with his ult but that was when i noticed it.
