Unresponsive and so many bugs of the client since new patch 8.14 (Riot help )

My clients bugs so hard when i click for something it takes years to enter like to enter a game.... when the game is finish i press play again but unresponsive cant even play again i need to close and then relogin to start a new game. I've also reinstalled the client but nothing happened still the same. Please help for this bug.
