Well this got awkward (item and passiv togheter means no friends alive)

I was trying out diffrent builds in a practis game how to build a bruiser like jungle kled (yea sometimes im wierd just go with it) when i found out that it is no ide to even think of buying locket on him since skarll gets all your bonus health so the shield will never scale. Luckly i found out this in practis tool and not ranked but i wonder is this something that can be fixed or is it just to bad for kled and he's "Trespasser"?
