Is there a way to fix my glitched chests?

I have 4 chests available when I view my profile, but it doesn't show up in my collection. Like it used to; so my keys are basically useless right now.

well you actually need to earn the chests for them to appear. On your profile it will say how many chests are available. You get 1 chest a week. Get an S- or higher on a champ you own and havnt already got a chest on this season and you will get a chest
