Whole team crashed at once [Gameplay], [Crash], [Gamebreaking]

I am not sure how this bug happened or how to recreate it, but my whole team crashed at exactly the same time. It was when their blue kayn killed our zoe while our draven was attacking him. This has only happened to me once ever which was this time. It may be a problem with the new champ or kayn still so look into that.
