Sion Q is broken 90% of the time

Super frustrating to the point of wanting to surrender and retire a character I have multiple skins for, no matter what I do, standing still, moving, holding S first, doesn't matter. 90% of the time sion q only channels for .25 seconds. I saw this was posted about 7 months ago with no movement on the subject. Get your ish together Riot
