My Patcher Won't Open At All?

So I ran through the most of the basic diagnostics to try and fix it like uninstalling/reinstalling with most recent download provided, doing windows commands to try and force it to open, and also running as administrator. All things mentioned in the troubleshooting thread. Every time the client will register that I've clicked it, the icon will pop up with the grey-ish white bar loading beneath, then it'll disappear, and normally when the patcher would run after this I'm not getting anything. That's the end.

I'm partly suspicious that the problem may lie with when I downloaded the most recent set of patches yesterday, I also plugged my iPod nano into my PC about 2 hours later and needed to update it before it could connect to iTunes (bare with me). I had to restart my computer to get it to register my iPod after the updates to the device, but it took so long to start my computer back up that I force shut down my computer. When I turned my PC back on it said data had been corrupted and that it would fix it... and after it did all that I haven't been able to load my patcher. Hindsight 20/20 that wasn't the brightest move on my part to force shutdown, but does it have to do with my loss of ability to load patch? Help is a last resort for me, but insanely appreciated. I miss my League. -_-
