League Of Legends New client Update problem

I have been playing this game and I have updated the game many times in the old client but in this new one when i launched it ,it said there was an older version restored and being updated to the newer version (i don't know if it is a real update or a glitch).But after launching it says ETA 0 MINS AND 0 MB / 0 MB and i waited for a min and 5 min and 10 min but it still doesn't change at all it still said that.So i want to know a fix or something to help me with this glitch , bug or something
