(Title) I was on character select and someone said they would dodge cause they didn't get the role they wanted. They specifically waited for the timer to run out (-_-) and then when they dodged I had a dodge timer?! WTF?!
I'm hoping they put ban timers on cooldown, so it goes back down with the number of games you play or something.
This happened to me as well, no one mentioned dodging, but it still happened. Later in the same gaming session, I took too long banning because I was wondering why top was taking 
, (I usually go Warwick jungle) I had 
, so I thought I could be fine if they had a valid reason for taking , but then I "dodged". That was my fault, but I was upset at having to wait fifteen minutes instead of five or six. (I don't know if there's a six minute timer.)
