Mystery champion problems
Received a mystery skin instead of a champ, it said I owned all of the champs, which I do not. Any way this can be fixed?

You need to have at least 10 1350IP+ champs not yet unlocked
Same thing happened to me:
I received Blood Moon Akali, with a message saying I owned all champs so I'd be getting a skin instead.
I'm missing 10 champs though... xD
You get a skin if you have barely any champs left
Yeah you get a skin if you have 10 or less champions left...
