I can only move in a straight line [GAMEPLAY]

I can only walk in a straight line toward the enemy spawn pool. Whenever I try to move anywhere whether it being trying to right click in the game or on the minimap it automatically moves me toward their spawn pool. I tried flashing, using abilities, recalling, dying, selling the items I bought (I am trying literally everything) and nothing fixes it. For as much detail for replicating as possible, I am playing nocturne as Void Nocturne on summoners rift, it was a blind pick queue, and I have flash on F key and smite on the D key. For the links with the gifs if you go down to the bottom left and click MP4 you will get a clearer better quality video. I'm not sure what to do or if it will even happen again ill go into game as nocturne again and see, but this seemed important enough to come here and post about. Pls help -Jacob EDIT: I should also add my internet and ping are fine... UPDATE: It didn't happen my next game but still want to know why it happened the first...
