Crafting and Loot Causes Client to Crash/Disapear [CLIENT]

So when i go to open my hextech crafting inventory it causes the client to either crash or close. When you go to task manager and look for it you can see the client running normal as it would be expected to run but its not there. If you try to ALT+TAB to make it appear again nothing happens the only way to fix this is by going to task manager and force closing the client or it wont open and it will say another instance of the game is running. And after you foce close it it will open and keep crashing.
