Noc devourer bug
when you smite a monster/minion nocs attack speed goes down and it's really annoying throughout the game

it happens with all champions and devourer since the last patch. tho it only lasts for a few seconds, it still loses some fights and is really weird.
I noticed the same thing on other champs as well. The ghost dog will randomly disappear while you are fighting jungle monsters and your attack speed goes down by about 0.3 a/sec. The ghost dog reappears a few seconds later and your attack speed is back to normal.
It's for all champions, yeah, devourer assists on epic monsters also only give one stack, when it should be five. The new devourer is kind of a mess! X_X
