I was in a game when my QWER and other keys were not working. I solved the issue by changing it to the f1 f2 f3 and f4 buttons but my hand was not use to these new keys so I lost game. This had happened to my other champions as well and I started to see a pattern that if I play a champ so much QWER will disable but that is only a guess.
