[Gameplay] Sylas Does not Gain Attack Speed from Passive when Jax Ultimate is Stolen

Sylas normally gains attack speed whenever he has a stack of his passive, but when he steals Jax's ultimate, he no longer gains that attack speed. Once you cast the ultimate, you lose the on-hit effect from Jax's ultimate and regain the attack speed granted by Sylas' passive.

To recreate, just steal Jax's ultimate and compare you attack speed numbers with and without Jax's ultimate stolen. Pretty easy to recreate with 100% of the time.
