[Gameplay] Pentakill Mordekaiser Visual Glitch

I was playing as Pentakill Mordekaiser, and in very rare occurrences, I saw his axe turn into the base skin's mace while using Mace of Spades. It's not a huge bug, but it was a bit odd seeing him wielding the wrong weapon. Has anyone else seen this?
