riot i won a game to get into promos and i`m still at 98 lp

Riot members please can u contact me cause this is a bug. I was at 98 lp and than i went in a game we won it so i can go to s3 promos and than the client got bugged or something happened it didnt show results so i skipped than went to my profile and i found out that i wasnt in s3 promos.
