Champion select bug.

Hi, I'm having an issue with champion select. Whenever I load in to a match, a bug splat error shows up and closes my client. I've tried repairing League of Legends, Erasing and re-downloading the client and still no fix. It happens every 2nd match , Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure to run both the client and game launcher as an administrator, disable firewall + antivirus and see if that fixes the issue
