Client issue? I don't have patch section in my client.

Two patches back I lost my patch note section on my homepage in Client. I have Overview, Mecha Kingdoms and News, there is no Patch Notes at all. I tried reinstalling the game, tried to troubleshoot and it's still the same. Does anyone else has the same issue or just me?
