Strange lags ~7 minutes in each game

Hi guys! In the last 2-3 days I came across a bug of sort, that makes me salty. In each and every game (ARAM, Normal, ARURF) I have strange lagging around the same time (~6-8 mins). My fps drops to zero, for like 10-12 seconds, then it goes back to normal. And if it's not enough, my game starts lagging, like I have 400 ms or so, but the ms counter on the top-right do not show that and this goes on for another 10-12 seconds. I already tried the netlog thing, tried repairing, searched my PC for viruses, malwares too, but none of them solved the problem.

Please save me from this misery.

I've had the same problem as this, are you running Windows 10 by any chance?

Guys Could you pls post your PC specs?, maybe since patch 9.1 the game is starting to cause incompatibility with certains CPU. I have the problem too. My specs: CPU Intel Core 2 duo E8400, 3gb RAM, Geforce GT 640 , Windows 7 32 bits

Yeah 9.1 causing lots of errors (for at least 5 or 6 people I've confirmed with), I got a garbage PC too but drop fps to 0 ~25 seconds in for only about 3 seconds. I can force it by clicking on my minimap sometimes, but sometimes it doesn't happen at all.

Specs: 3gb RAM, AMD Athlon II X2 240 Processor 2.80 GHz, Windows 10, 64 bit Not one for computer builds (if it wasn't apparent by my specs) so If I'm missing something that somebody wants to know just ask.

Same problem here guys. I found out that uninstalling Avast antivirus removes the keyboard input delay but at 7 minutes my fps drops to 25-50 which is also unplayable..
