[GAMEPLAY]Skins not working

More often than not when I try to play any game mode on SR my skin will not load and I will end up with the classic skin. I am double, triple, quadruple checking before every game, rotating through every skin and selecting the one I want, etc. Basically, there seems to be nothing that specifically causes this bug to happen except playing league of legends on summoners rift. It seems to happen more often on champions who I only own one skin for. It really isn't fun spending money on something and being unable to use it for days/weeks at a time. This has been happening for ~2 weeks to me. Posting this thread because despite there being others like it I have yet to see a single red post acknowledging this bug.

having same issue.... just tried to put my yasuo skin on several times, never works and it was messing up before with other skins too.. :/ they never load after being selected.

still happening as of today, select a skin, does not load in game. 4 times in a row. waste of money

Hi guys,

This is a known issue with how TeamBuilder keeps your previously selected skins.

This will be patched in the future, but for now the workaround is simply:

  • Select the original skin and wait a second for it to select
  • Select your wanted skin

This will need to be done before each game until the bug is fixed unfortunately, but it should work around the issue in the interim :-)
