How riot broke a champ with one patch. (Game breaking GLITCH!)

Hi, so after last patch on riven, it made so riven's Q BUGS completly when you go and try to do your walljumps. This never happened before, only after the patch, you can see in the video i'm not clicking back and i still go back... It's so annoying fix it please. Also sorry for my bad english if i misspelled anything.

wut? It's serious, i even asked most known riven streamers and i watched moments where same happens. Dekar/Boxbox and they say it was the patch. ^-^
