Crash in ranked

(Game crashed)- at least 8 summoners disconnected Yesterday during playing a ranked game, the game crashed for me. Confused, (due to the fact i have very good internet connection and crashes rarely happen), i exited the game and connected once again. When i came back into the game I realized that all but 1 of my teammates were disconnected as well. Also soon after i realized that there were only 2 other summoners on the opposing side. Although in the end we had 5 on our side and they only 3, it was greatly inconvenient because their team got a large advantage because it took a bit of time for all of our team to reconnect again. After we lost i realized we did not get a loss forgiven. If you could look into this or someone could give me a reason why this happened, i would appreciate it.
