Zac invisible when using elastic slingshot from fog of war

I've attached a video of the bug in action. I don't think that it has a 100% recreation rate. It seems there is some other variable in play other than just using E while in fog of war. Perhaps similar to the minimap bug from last year? (notice how he pops up on the minimap by red buff)
