EU West - long log in queue - approx. 1hr 30mins [Client]

Hiii,

I try logging on and I get a message saying :

Greetings Summoner - We are experiencing an unusually large number of logins. To keep everything running smoothly, we need you to hold on for just a moment.

Your position in queue: Over 20000 Approximate wait time: 1hr 30min

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? and does anyone know when it will be fixed / how to fix it?

Network Operations – 12:33 We are currently recovering from a major incident, games are starting but there is a large login queue. We are working to fix it as soon as possible.
